We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged a fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service total. This policy is in place to respect the time reserved for you and to allow us the opportunity to accommodate other clients.
